Just wanted to say how amazing Ken was when we came in with my 3-year-old niece! He was so kind and helpful while we picked out snails, and when she asked about unicorns , he went out of his way to find one—even gave her a discontinued one from the back for free. She was over the moon! Thank you, Ken, for making her day so magical and her experience pet smart fun!

Do not get fish here. They do not quarantine sick ones. Got some adf and one was dead at the store they said it wasn’t a a concern but it infected my other healthy frogs that I got from a local store where they do quarantine them if they are sick so I lost all but a handful of my frogs.

I always liked this place, both service and products but today I had a cashier who preferred playing with a customers dog to waiting on the three people in line.

We took our pomeranian to them and all I can say is wow over 100.00 to get back our beloved boy back looking like he had a cut here and a cut there and combined. That's it uneven hair everywhere. Took him back to get it fixed and was left standing at the counter. Never again so be where what u mite get back. Our poor boy.
