I have tried to get sales support for days. Let me say this again: SALES support. The website is challenging. Could not find pricing info. The first email I received was utterly confusing. I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Finally got through to someone who was very nice and explained my concerns. UPDATE: I received a phone call from a sales rep who explained the process. I appreciate the personal touch. Thank you.

Very painful to be a Pogozone customer. We are averaging multiple-hour outages once every 4-6 weeks. Their outage report webpage is virtually never updated. They almost never have ETAs so you can plan your day around their fragile product. Their field team does not update their customer service team so it is useless to call for an update. Just all-round frustrating unreliable product. They were a lot better just a couple years ago.

Mark has gone above and beyond to get internet going in my dad's new apartment. Apparently construction and digging post flood had damaged some of the underground cables but he kept at it until he found a solution. Thank you so much Mark. We were determined to go with Pogozone as customer service has always been good to work with

I wish I could give ten starts and I really wish I remembered the name of the woman I spoke to this morning because she was GREAT! I have never dealt with this company before but wow, their customer service is on point. I was assisted with a rather perplexing IP validation issue and the person who was helping me was not about to give up or give me some canned text answer. She actually sought out the more information from an administrator and was going to have them call me, but as I kept processing aloud, we were able to figure it out on our own. She wasn't trying to rush me or get me off the phone. It just felt like a genuine conversation, and that space allowed us to troubleshoot the issue. This woman (I'm so sorry I am terrible with names!) made my day because she helped me find an answer so I could get on with my job. As an added bonus, she was sweet and funny. Thank you so much, PogoZone Lady! I hope when you have your own technical issues, someone helps you out the way you helped me today!! And if you happen to see this message, please reply and remind me of your name!!!

Pogozone is an amazong company. They not only care about their customers but bring amazing service to us. They care about their customers. And can't thank them enough for their employee ethic and great customer service.

Recently moved into a neighborhood that was recently developed. Pogo zone was/is the only service available for our area, and as it is near the Canadian border, cell service is spotty. They have signs all around the neighborhood saying “Fast and Reliable” so I had no concerns going in. I have had Pogo Zone one month exactly, to the day, and we have lost service twice now. Both times on the weekend where we can’t get a technician to come out and fix it so we are out of luck, and have either take time off work to wait around for a 4 hour window for a tech to come fix it or scramble to find someone to let them in. This is extremely frustrating since I am paying for a service that is supposed to be reliable and don’t have any other options available.

I have been working with their Billing, Sales and Tech support to reconfigure our services. They are definitely not big bank banking (credit to whatever local bank's commercial). They have been responsive and helpful. I work with many different vendors and I highly recommend Pogozone.

We have been with pogo zone for 4 years and have no complaints they have worked very well with us anytime issues have came up there techs were able to walk us through and troubleshoot any issues, and when they couldn’t one time they sent some body out to look. We appreciate they great customer service!

Pogozone has been such a great internet provider for our large coworking space. Our members and our business relies heavily on high speed functioning internet. Whenever an issue arose, Pogozone was quick to respond and quick to troubleshoot our issues. When remote and over the phone help was not working, the owner of the company took his time to come to our facility and solve the issues we were having. We have had only positive interactions and support from all of the staff we have interacted with. As a local business, we value supporting local whenever possible. We are happy to support Pogozone and share our positive experience with others!
