“A nice fella named Jesse helped us with our trailer rental. He was very friendly and competent and helpful. He offered us the reasonably priced insurance, which was a good idea - many things can happen beyond our control which can have financial consequences. He hooked us all up, doubled checked and photoed what he did, and had us on our way to pickup a grill from Costco. Jesse also told us about U-Haul's service of selling propane tanks, and how one gets a free fill-up upon purchase. I quickly googled local costs, and saw it was a great deal. I let him know we'd do that, and he helped us with that as well when we returned the trailer 90 minutes or so later. When I need another cannister, I'll come back to u-haul. The next day I told my sister about the deal as well. As a side note, the Costco employee who was helping us load the grill onto the trailer asked me how much you charge for the rental. When I told him he was really happy and interested. He said he had a car like ours and was always stuck for moving things. I told him how easy it all was, and also let him know that there WAS the need for the trailer hitch, and how you folks did ours a couple years ago. It was worth the investment to be able to do things for ourselves going forward. So, thanks a lot for helping us get our grill home. Really want to shout out Jesse.
