I ordered a baseball helmet for my son the day before the high school season started. I was told that the helmet would arrive in 1-2 weeks. After 2.5 weeks, I called to check on the order and was told that it hadn’t been ordered yet because they were going to wait until other items could be added to the order. The last day of the high school season is here, but the helmet isn’t, and no one reached out during this time to provide any update. I wanted to keep my business local, but I would have been much better served to order online. I won’t be back to Pro Stock.

I ordered some spirit wear for my middle schooler over a month ago. I was curious about the status so I emailed the address that was shown on the receipt. No response. I followed up about a week later and called the store, expecting to speak to a friendly staff member and get the answer to my simple question regarding the status. Nope. The person I spoke to was incredibly condescending. After I explained why I was calling, he said he'd need a little more information, like what school she goes to and IF SHE HAS A NAME. What kind of question is that?? I understand that in customer service you may have to ask questions to arrive at a resolution, but do not ask me, "Does she have a name?" in that patronizing tone, sir. It is not appreciated. After finding out that orders are delayed 2-3 weeks the phone call ended. No "bye", "thanks for calling", and definitely not a "is there anything else I can help you with?"I sure hope this sweatshirt is a lot nicer than the employee I encountered today.

The most excellent service/store cooperation a customer could ask for! I went to Prostock inquiring about letter jackets, specifically one that came with raglan style sleeves. I was informed that they weren’t able to order one through the company they use, but then about a week later they gave me a call saying they had communicated with the jacket company and that they could make a jacket with the sleeves I wanted.

Be careful when ordering online from this company. I ordered a jacket through my son's spirit gear. The language they used to distinguish the colors of jacket was confusing. The colors they listed underneath the picture of the jacket did not match up with the colors they listed in the drop down order section. Since the store was not open when I ordered, I had to guess which one was the one I wanted. Of course when I received it I had the color I didn't want. I called the company to explain why their web site was so confusing for that particular jacket, and rather than taking any responsibility for not printing it correctly, he made it clear that I was the one with the problem. He was rather short with me and annoyed that I would suggest there was any problem on their end. If you order from Prostock, beware that there is no customer service, and if your order gets messed up they will not work with you.

I have bought numerous gloves and have got gloves customized and relaced in there and they did a good job everytime there service is also very nice and collective

Save your time and just go to Big 5. I bought overpriced wrestling shoes from Prostock (because of their convenient location) and blew my shoulder out on the 3rd practice. I had the shoes for 2 weeks and only used them 3 times so I thought getting a refund would be easy. They even smelled the same as when I bought them. Apparently the toes of the shoes were "kinda scuffed up" according to the returns manager and I couldn't get my $75 back. Should have expected this from a store that will be out of business in a year. They also have a painfully limited selection on everything except cheap cotton sweatshirts.

Anytime I need anything done for my teams or myself, the guys at Prostock deliver !!! They get what you need ordered in, and turn around time getting it back is amazing. Will continue to give my business to a small town local company. Thanks for being there !!!
