had to wait almost an hour beyond my usual 11:40 appointment, there were 10 people ahead of me, and I was on time.

I had a good experience overall. At 3001 there are two quest labs, ste 12 is in a small building towards the front entrance and ste 130 in the clock tower building. My lab tech was very nice and gentle and I only had to wait a few minutes from check in.
