I visited a Quest location within a couple blocks of our condo. The visit was quick. The lab tech was very skilled and accomplished the blood draw painlessly and quickly.

Went to Fairhaven, Larrabee location, Bellingham, WA. Diego drew my blood. I was in and out in a few minutes! It was great! I liked being able to make an appointment online. I was only gone from home for 45 minutes. Thank you! Diego was friendly and efficient. Great experience ?:)

They don’t take phone calls unfortunately, but it was very easy to make an appointment online. I was there about 7 minutes, that’s how quick the appointment was. Lady was very nice, very talkative, and very fast with her work! Very easy appointment.

I received no communication that I had an outstanding balance, until I received a notice from collections. I tried to call and couldn't reach anyone.

Diego was the most professional lab tech I've ever had at Quest, which isn't saying much for this company, but he was fantastic and had it done in under 2 minutes

The lab tech was so unprofessional and insensitive. I’m going through test for cancer and she wouldn’t except me as a walk-in even though no one else was there. She said that she was waiting on appointments. I asked her nicely to work me in, and she simply refused, and said I had to go somewhere else.

The lady working today was extremely lazy! She had 26 minutes before closing and one appointment and refused our walk-in. We will not be going here again!Date: 4/20/23

I was a walk in and she took me as soon as the clients with scheduled appointments were finished which wasn't long. Drawing the blood was painless. I will definitely return
