The lab tech was so unprofessional and insensitive. I’m going through test for cancer and she wouldn’t except me as a walk-in even though no one else was there. She said that she was waiting on appointments. I asked her nicely to work me in, and she simply refused, and said I had to go somewhere else.

The lady working today was extremely lazy! She had 26 minutes before closing and one appointment and refused our walk-in. We will not be going here again!Date: 4/20/23

I was a walk in and she took me as soon as the clients with scheduled appointments were finished which wasn't long. Drawing the blood was painless. I will definitely return

They billed the wrong insurance and No one will answer a phone. I have to go there to fix this. No phone number for billing customer service. We are going anywhere but Quest in the future. They really get a big zero in my book. Went to Larrabee location.

Really really fed up with never being able to have the phone answered. Your website is terrible and confusing and i can't even get someone on the phone.

Highly unprofessional, lab techs are rude and inexperienced. Continuing issues with lab orders being lost or misplaced.

This is a horrible lab. They lose results, they can't be reached by phone, their fax never works, and I have to physically carry lab orders in or they won't fulfill them. This has been going on for years. They made us sit mere feet away from other patients the last time we were there (in the middle of the pandemic). I have to physically go down there to question them when something goes wrong--and something always goes wrong. I wish they would just get it together since it is a mile from my house, but it seems these hopes are in vain.

I had made an appointment online (since no one answers the phone). About an hour before my appointment, something happened that prevented me from being able to make it for my lab. I did everything to try to get through to them on the phone but there was no option for canceling. (I did not have the time to fiddle around trying to find a way to cancel online). It was frustrating not to be able to let them know that I could not come. Lesson learned: they are basically not available on the phone.

Close to my place., so a great location. I tried to call and talk to some one to ask a question but there appears to be no way to talk to a real person to ask a question. Their web site only says to schedule for "all other tests"....not sure how a non-doctor would know which tests fall under "all other tests" - I'm not sure what tests they do - so a listing of tests they perform at this facility would be real helpful.
