Quest employees repeatedly cannot seem to access my doctor's orders for the bloodwork I need done monthly. A major problem when this inhibits critical information getting to my doctor.

The lady taking my blood sample was rude. She ignored my commentaries which were done to feel more at easy, and she did not ask me to get prepared for the blood taken, at all. She just came to my arm like if she were in a hurry, plug the needle, and took the blood out. I got a bruise and the cotton was stained with blood. I left the place feeling like if I did something wrong.

If you are a walk in, make your appointment online on the Quest website. Their check-in machines were completely broken (gives you a number but doesn't actually put you in line). The lady there was completely unhelpful to the giant crowd of us that had amassed in the waiting area there. This is obviously a common problem here, because she looked fed up and was kind of rude.

Had to wait over an hour to drop off sample. They would not take the sample (in a Quest lab's labeled container). They made me wait until all the appointments were taken and then took the sample as a walk in. Never had an other lab do this. This should of been a drop an go.

You have to check in on a kiosk, no humans. But if the people in front of you can't get check-in to work for sometime by the time you get it to work it's 10 minutes past your appt and you lose your appt. There's no appealing to a human. Now your on standby and will wait over an hour. The employee who eventually draws your blood does not care at all about the trouble. Better luck next time.

My son had a walk-in appointment today. The tech/nurse got him in quick, and she was very patient with him (he's quite nervous around needles). I didn't catch her name, but she had curly hair and glasses. Thank you for helping to ease his anxiety!

Made an appointment ahead of time. Game changer. I love the remodel. Very modern. I like that I can check in online and also if needed, in the office through the tablets/computer. I like how I can see on the screen that I was checked in, others checked in and standby while maintaining the privacy of the names. Brilliant! Hope other medical offices take note. :)

This probably won’t be seen by anybody who can change it, but stay away. When I asked how the phlebotomists day was she just said busy. Was throwing equipment and vials of blood carelessly around the room. Stabbed through my vein not once, but multiple times and continued stabbing me after I yelped. Big fat hematoma now. Had to switch to the other arm and thankfully she got it. Didn’t say anything besides “sorry for the poke.” What a nightmare.
