Dont rent from them i call on 3/11/2024 ask if they can come fix my dryer and they said they be out on 3/15/2024 from 3 to 5 when i call at 2 pm see when there be at my home to fix my dryer he said i dont have you on Schedule and i ask well i need my dryer fix it he want be rude so i still got broke dryer i am pay Insurance. On so dont rent from them because they wont fix anything

I've had multiple arrangements with this place before. I will not do so again. I was late on my payment, thats on me, my bad. But the guy who called me was so INCREDIBLY rude. Which is so off the wall to me, because, truthfully, I've always been very kind, polite and understanding to anyone who works there, even in spite of HORRENDOUS experiences. I was sympathetic to the fact that their turnover rate was pretty high, and the people who worked in the store when I started my arrangement weren't there anymore, so 3 times, I had to explain my situation to new people.For example, my last agreement, they never ordered the couch I was SUPPOSED to get, after waiting for MONTHS. I'm calling about once a month, trying not to be a pest, but also stay updated. Over 6 months go by, I've got couches I don't want, but I'm still making payments, and being told, it's a manufacturing thing, it just takes time, the ones I ordered will come in soon. Then, finally I'm told, it's been so long, they don't even make the couches I wanted anymore, and nobody ever actually ordered my couches to begin with. So I end up with a completely different couch that I never wanted. Its worked out ok, I ended up liking this other couch, but the point still stands they failed to deliver what i ordered and kept me dangling in the wind for months when in reality, they never even ordered my couches to begin with.During all that time, I never went off on anyone, was super respectful, more understanding than I think the average person would be, and yet this guy can't be respectful when calling about a late payment right around the holiday season????? I'm not saying I didn't expect a call about being late. I'm not opposed to any late fees for being late ect. But you can be respectful when you call. Especially when you're calling someone who's always been nothing but respectful even when they are getting the run around and jerked around. I WAS polite and friendly whenever they called. And they call all the time for promo stuff, even when I tell them multiple times a week I'm not interested, but someone forgets to mark me as called so I get called again and again.Again, I get I was late. But rudeness is uncalled for and the simple fact of the matter is, I accept my late fees as I should and in the end always pay off my agreements. Usually early. But again, holidays and my kids birthday a couple days later stretched my budget insanely thin this past month, and I think a little understanding from their end was really not too much to ask, given how understanding I've always been with them.Will definitely never be using this store again, at least not while it's being run the way it is now.

Was told I was given an extention due to issues out of my control. Did what I could to get money together for my car insurance payment and Rent a Center took it anyway. Thank you Rent A Center, now I have to pawn MORE items to make my car insurance because of my jobs accounting issues and YOUR lie of giving me my extention.

They have scheduled twice to deliver a couch we rented and both times never showed up or called. They have also continued to take their weekly payment now for several weeks after we told them we are not paying anymore until the couches are delivered, We have already paid several weeks. I don’t recommend this business.

It's been several weeks now and they have scheduled twice to deliver a couch we rented and both times never showed up or called. They have also had no problem in trying to deduct the weekly payment from our bank account when we have no couch. We have already paid a month. We even changed the card we wanted the payment to come out of and they are still attempting to pull funds from the old account. I recommend you don't trust these people.

Terrible experience. I had a bed and our town flooded. Had insurance was told they could not replace my bed and now promised a check or a credit for the bed and it’s been almost a year

If you are looking for furniture or appliances the guys here are exceptional in their customer service. If they don't have it, they'll find it. Chances are they have it and they are ready to fit just about any budget.
