All of the staff here are friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Mark at the pharmacy pick up window. Every time I come in for my medications, he is so warm and welcoming, it is always such a pleasure to see him!!!!

They NEVER answer the phone, I’ve tried different times different days different weeks for MONTHS and been on hold for more than an hour the one time someone picked up

I use the Sehome RiteAid Pharmacy and they have always been kind. One of the employees found out that one of my prescriptions was covered by my Medical Insurance even though I was told by someone else that it was not.I was surprised that he looked up all the information and called me to tell me it was covered it was a medicine that I can not be without so he was a life saver. Also the cashier's in that store are very nice.

I’ve consistently been disappointed by the low stock on items I’m looking for. I always end up going to Walgreens which is further away from me but always has what I’m looking for. At this point I won’t waste my time going to rite aid anymore.

I am trans and have had so much difficulty getting my hormones, this is my 10th pharmacy. I transferred my prescription here a week before pick up to minimize the constant hurdles I am always having to go through just to pick up my hormone prescription. I was assured I would be able to pick up my meds in 1-2 days.
I showed up after a week. No meds. Plus I was now being told it would take another day. When asked to clarify the man said it would be 2 days. Now extending the wait from 1-2 days to 8-9 days.
The communication coming from this "pharmacy" is so bad it literally is putting me in harms way.
Im not sure who it was I talked to on the phone that assured me my hormones would be ready and just seemed to decide not to get my prescription after the time he promised elapsed. Ya know, as you do, just casually deciding to enforce your power over others and put them in harms way through apathy, totally not his fault, I mean, he didn't *do* anything after all, including not getting my meds he promised he'd have ready.
Funny how this keeps happening at every pharmacy I go to. Its very interesting how Planned Parenthood seems to be so knowledgeable about the difficulty we always face, almost as if it is oddly common for trans people to frequently have hurdles at pharmacies.
The look on this mans face simply asking if it was a safe place. This is *such* a common phrase for businesses to signal to LGTBQIA people, so common there are literal stickers to buy that can be placed at the storefront.
The man at the drop off window with dark long hair and glasses. Even when it was apparent a problem arose, he made *such* minimal effort even going as far as to inform me *other* prescriptions were available, just not mine. He made it very apparent it was not a safe place with his response, that it was the stupidest question he had ever heard and I was stupid for asking it. It must be nice to be a white cishet man living on easy mode.
THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE

Editing with an update: I verified with my other pharmacy my prescription of 11 medications were definitely transferred over. I am not sure who is saying the dont have the prescription when in fact they do, but I am inclined to believe the people that are being nice to me and think the rude people that are speaking to me rudely on the phone (This pharmacy) is probably the ones refusing to give me my medication.
Another edit: After being hung up on twice when calling this pharmacy after I verified my prescription was sent here, suddenly they are saying my single prescription is at least 5 now and that the no refills they told me minutes before suddenly changed to them now deciding they do in fact suddenly have my prescription and are now going to fill it. Suddenly they are so nice to me, interesting how they were extremely rude even hanging up the phone on me, then I verify with my prescription was definitely sent and suddenly they now have my prescription. After being hung up on twice, being told have to comply (not sure what for, they wouldn't specify) suddenly they go from being extremely rude to all of a sudden overly nice (obviously fake since they let it slip I need to comply) They aren't even good liars, I am literally holding a bottle of my prescription that says 3 refills until 4/22/25, yet they told me several times that I do not have any refills. Interesting... am I being refused my hormones? Kinda seems like it

I'll balance the negative reviews - which sound rough! Legit issues it looks like - but our experience has been nothing but perfect.Very polite & helpful staff, large store, pharmacy has always been quick & friendly whenever we get refills. Just remember the pharmacy is closed 1:30-2p for their lunch, and you'll be set.

Pharmacy cancelled my prescription delivery and getting a hold of them on the phone is unsuccessful. The phone just rings and rings, no one picks up. It straight up rang 3 whole minutes after the wait on hold. Called back 3 times... Same thing happens. I need my medications, yet can't get them. I do not own a vehicle, they keep cancelling my prescription delivery... I miss the Cornwall rite aid...I am not happy...

Employees at this Rite Aid are wonderful, making it work despite depleted shelves, inadequate staffing, frequent shoplifters, and invisible management. Many seniors rely on this pharmacy and are often greeted by name and treated with love and respect. I'll continue my patronage (over 20 years) here because of the people. blessings to you all! karen

Unexpected finds and a wide selection - This Rite Aid location surprisingly had a wide range of affordable and organic foods, many cheaper than anywhere else.

They take walk-ins for covid boosters, while Walgreens does not. This makes them a five-star joint in my book. Also, they were friendly & efficient at the pharmacy.

I have been coming here for 7 years. I've never experienced such kind, loving, and just genuine staff. Sure some of them may not necessarily love their jobs, but I've been shown nothing but kindness from them, over about a dozen or so staff.Without reading the comments or reviews I'm sure it's so low because the location is slow to check out. This however, is not their fault. They have one register open at all times and that's it. You should not be coming to rite aid expecting to grocery shop, and it's not a minute mart. You should be thankful it's there at all. I'm not a staff here, I just know good people when I see them. If you're looking for non-judgmental eyes, I would come here. Perfect place to buy condoms, adult diapers, too much alcohol, all the things that are a little embarrassing. They won't bat an eye.I have no experience with their pharmacy besides getting a free booster so that was nice.

Don't even bother dropping off a prescription and waiting. It will take forever and they'll find a way to mess it up. Said they don't take my insurance and then said they did. They're all over the place and understaffed. Que the bot response!
