This store has a recently taken a turn for the worse. I've always had my prescriptions filled here and it seems like the wait times have just increased an increase. I get all these texts, then more texts saying that a medicine is not in stock etc etc. I could handle most of that, if the attitudes of the employees were not so awful. The Pharmacy workers as well as the pharmacist themselves need attitude adjustments. Not pleasant, not informative, and very dismissive.

Customer is always spose to be right. Customer gets to remind employee that an item is on sale. There is also a good coupon customer is using. Employee 'accidently' touches wrong button. Total is $52 instead of $14. Thankfully fiasco only took 15 minutes & manager to clear up. We are only human right....

I think she is a new tech or a pharmacist I'm pretty sure her name is Norma (?) but I just hope whatever she is going through, she is doing OK. I don't care how efficient of a worker someone is, there needs to be a conversation had with this person and they need to revisit bedside manner, customer support, basic levels of respect for other humans etc. I also wonder if she is maybe in the wrong field for her career? Usually health care workers genuinely want to help people and having dealt with her at least 5ish times, I question whether that is the case here. Good luck Norma. It would be awesome If you could reply with your work schedule so I can avoid the vicinity during those hours. The stars only reflect this specific human, I find the other workers and store itself fantastic.

The pharmacy has always been great to us but recently they have a new tech and she’s very rude. Asked her to transfer a prescription to another closer store and she acted like that was bothering her and failed to do that. Ended up waiting over two hours for after surgery meds. Maybe hire people who like working in customer service.

I have a disabled son and husband. The Sunset RiteAid pharmacy staff has very caring pharmacists and the technicians who are very knowledgeable , supportive, professional and kind! I’m so thankful that we found them.

Man, what a terrible store. There's hardly any of the products on the shelfs. Almost looks like the place has been recently robbed... Went for baby formula and the shelf was probably 5% full. Employees seem sad and depressed to be working there. Walgreens right down the road is 100 times better. Went there for formula and shelfs were 90% full.

The man doing the booster shots doesn’t have very good english, he handled my brother very aggressively during the shot causing him additional soreness and was very rude to him , scoffed at him when asking a personal question.

Very rude pharmacy worker. I came to the wrong store for my vaccination and when I politely asked if she would look at my confirmation email she looked at it and snapped “that’s not even our address” and walked away. Ok, my bad, I’m at the wrong store, but I don’t understand why she was so rude and unhelpful.

I'm sure some folks had bad experiences here; unfortunately it's that way with every pharmacy. There's gonna be times it's not good, and I feel that.This Rite Aid though? They've been treating me quite kindly for over a year now. They make pickup really helpful and convenient for me, especially with the app. The pharmacy techs are kind people who have always done their very best to help me when something went wrong. I've really seen them go above and beyond.Even if they fumble sometimes (and I'm sure they do, they're only human) they try to make it right, and really care about making sure I have what I need. Thank you Sunset Rite Aid!
