Gosh, SSC is uncommonly pleasant to work with. Their drivers and customer service team is kind, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond. I called to ask for a new recycling can, which they said would arrive in a week. Then it magically appeared same-day as a “favor.” One more reason it feels lucky to live in this small-ish...

There isn't really an alternative service in Bellingham that I am aware of. But despite any apparent competition, I've found SSC to be very good. I have had an issue only a handful of times, but customer service has *always* been responsive and has exceeded my expectations in getting to a solution.

My granddaughters and I watched out our window as a garbage truck driver ( the garbage had already been picked up)stopped to pick up the recycling materials that had blown over in the wind. He put everything back in the bin, restacked the bins and drove away! Thank-you for your thoughtfulness and taking time to help us...
