Excellent wine shop and wine club. Just recently joined the “world tour” wine club and received a red and white from Croatia. They were both fantastic!! Such quality wines at a great price point. They offer a variety of other clubs too- sake, champagne, “natural” wine, etc. And wine tastings every Friday!! Overall, a wonderful experience. Such a gem💎

I love everything about this place! Wine selection, staff, owners, wine club, weekly tastings and more!! They carry some quite rare and unique stuff along with staples for daily drinking. Can’t recommend them enough! 10/10

I had my first trip to Seifert And Jones Wine Merchants last week, and it will not be my last! I am not sure why I never went in before. I guess I assumed it was more special occasion wines (which they have), and let’s face it, I am, by standard, a Trader Joe’s boxed white bi***. I’m poor, and while I prefer reds, inexpensive whites are “less offensive,” haha. I wasn’t sure it was the right shop for me at this point in my life.
But to my surprise, they had loads of accessible wines too, and a truly lovely, hand picked selection. I haven’t had a wine merchant experience like that since I was in Europe.
They had all these delightful wines I have had the pleasure of trying before, including several dessert wines I haven’t laid eyes on in years. And of course loads of reds, but also several varieties of moscato to choose from. Something for everyone, at every price point. They personally write the descriptions and host tastings and special events and everything was just so.
The person who helped me had a fabulous style and a friendly, knowledgeable affect. Warm and professional and straight up fun.
The bottle they helped me choose is pictured below, and it was a treat to have it to go with the mushroom ravioli in white wine cream sauce that I made tonight.
They are also always happy to consult on menu pairing, which is important, especially the interplay of tannins in wine and the fat in your food.
A+, cannot wait to go back again! What a gem of a downtown shop. 🖤

The perfect wine store! Great selection for any budget, super knowledgeable & friendly staff, and a very nice atmosphere. Love being a member of the well curated wine club and joining for the wine tastings on Fridays.

I'll give two stars for the person who was patient as I decided which wine to get for a friend. The cork of the bottle was bad! we tried to open with a fancy wine opener and well the cork shattered! I'm not happy. I spent a lot of money on this wine there. Will not be going back!
