She went above and beyond, bent over backwards for me and remained warm, friendly, and understanding the entire time. Exceptional customer service. I would even call her a friend.The facility is always immaculate, super easy to access, and all of the other renters I occasionally ran into were kind and friendly.There is also an extremely cute puppy dog that hangs out in the office!Highly suggest. 10 stars out of 5.”

“I have had a great experience working with the management company who run this storage facility. They are fair, and communicative. The building is very functional and conveniently located for me. It may not appear as modern as other storage facilities, but ultimately, do you really need to store your belongings in one of those peculiar and expensive liminal spaces? No, not really. Why not work with someone more local, who actually seem to care about their customers?”

“I believe Hunter is the main person we have been dealing with, he has been more than wonderful! He is always on top of things, very knowledgeable and is always going above and beyond if we have an issue. This has been the best experience renting a storage unit thus far. The storage units are clean and I love how secure the units are.”
“This place is awesome and the staff is super awesome! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they are only open until 6pm mon-sat and 5pm on Sundays. This makes it pretty much impossible to access your unit if you have a job or a busy day”
“Great experience with Fairhaven Self Storage! I reserved my unit online at a great price and was in the next day to move my items in! The staff have been very accommodating, friendly and informative, and are very responsive to all mediums including phone calls and emails. They have also made the move-out process very easy. I enjoyed that the facility is secured by an external gate that you need a special access code for, as well as each individual building. They also have great access hours (6am-9pm). Very safe, clean, and convenient. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future when/if I have storage needs again! Thank you so much! Happy customer :)”

“We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit.
Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out. Our move out date changed a few times and she explained the move out process regarding our automatic payment plan.
I would highly recommend Carolina St. Storage for any storage needs.”
“The staff at the storage facility went out of their way to help me when the door on my unit got stuck. It turned out, something fell against the door, and we were unable to open it. I was pressed for time and unsure what to do. Brittany and Joe went out of their way to find a work around with my schedule And, more importantly, found a solution to get the storage unit door to open. I am grateful to both of them.”

I had a great experience with this storage facility! It was super easy to tour when I was first looking for a unit, and the on-site manager was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained. I let them know I’d be moving out by November 2, and they were very understanding and didn’t charge me for the full month, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything about the process was smooth and straightforward. highly recommend!”

“As I pulled in less than 10 minutes before closing with my room in an uncovered trailer and my mattress atop my jeep, I felt the first few droplets of rain hit my head before entering the office for the first time. When we went to finalize the details, the machine says "DO HONOR CARD" which the day before my entire paycheck had been deposited onto! I am so fortunate they were able to still allow me to move in moments later before my bed and belongings became soaking wet, and gave me the opportunity to pay after I was able to clear up the issue with my card. The girl was super friendly and wasnt even upset about having to stay after closing time to help me into my unit. Needless to say I chose the right place!”

This guy was close to closing and we had a reservation for a trailer and he helped us out walking in at a close time to closing. He was very helpful to get this done for us even though there were some issues with our reservation. Great guy and I highly recommend him to continue the great work. Best manager I’ve ever come across. Jessie is the man. We drove 5hours and he made it happen last minute and made sure everything was right.”

“Pak-a-nut storage has been a great storage facility it's 24 hours, the prices are very reasonable for theirs sizes, the kiosk makes it very easy to make payments, the staff there have always been nice and understanding and I've never had any problems with animals getting into the units. I would 100% recommend getting a unit”
