“The staff at Fairhaven post & parcel are top notch in fields of knowledge, professionalism and kindness. (Plus they’re conveniently close by)Thank you for your help!”
“I love these people!
I could not do my job without them.
Most friendly shipping place in town by far.
Great customer service!
I will go out of my way just to drop my packages off here even if another place is closer, they always brighten up my day.
Thank you for all your hard work!”
“Amazing! Same day service and always reliable. I see one of their drivers each week he's never late always professional and always communicates with me. 100% reccomend”
“Adam was the best! He was extremely helpful with my many questions and helping me understand my options. He even took the extra time to package up my item for me. It was so helpful and I appreciate his outstanding customer service!!”
“Very polite staff when I visited. Easy drop off for package delivery. This is an official FedEx location, meaning this isn't like a business that just excepts FedEx packages, this is a FedEx. They have multiple size boxes on site to purchase if needed, as well as packaging filler (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc) for purchase as well.”
“Mikayla really helped me ship three separate gifts to my friends in the USA with the best price and packaging services. I appreciated her ability to stay calm, focused and still show a smile even when it got very busy. The store was very clean and organized as well. Thank you very much.”
“Had some trouble & confusion finding my package. Kaitlyn helped me over the phone and went above and beyond by offering to call me back once they had it. Definitely 5 star service.”
“seems friendly enough. It’s dog friendly too!
uhh at least i thought it was dog friendly
Dogs when they’re around each other play a game called dominance. In that game they try to mount each other to prove who the more dominant dog is. Does not matter how old they are, they will do it their entire lives. If one of the dogs needs to scold the other dog for doing something he does not want done to him then let the dog do it. The dogs will work it out they’re extremely tough and intelligent. They don’t need to be micro managed when they’re playing with each other and especially don’t change how you treat your customers over it, that’s just ridiculous. Just fyi no need to go into holier than thou, judgmental, control freak karen mode over what dogs naturally do to each other every day, as long as it’s not hurting them. Good luck to you”
