We have been here three times this year. Prices and merchandise are good, well priced. However, check out is so slow as they only have one cashier during the three times we were here. I saw a couple of customers get in line then return their merchandise on the shelf and walked out. Maybe this store doesnât need the sales it lost.

Great store if you check in from time to time and see what's on the shelves.
Don't expect to find exactly what you are looking for every visit, but if you do find something you are looking for you will get a fair market deal!

My favorite go to place in USA when I want to get a great price a great brands for sporting goods. If you are not sure you will get what you want. Order it online and they will send it to your store at no charge.

Iâm seriously disappointed with Sierra Trading Post. My friends and I were all getting matching swimsuits for a trip, and I was so excitedâuntil I realized I couldnât even buy the sizes I actually need.
The top in the smaller size didnât fit me, but the bigger size bottoms were way too loose. I figured Iâd just mix sizes like any normal company would allowâbut nope. Your policy only lets customers buy one size for both top and bottom. What kind of outdated nonsense is that?
So while all my friends got to check out with cute, well-fitting suits, I was left completely out of it because your store doesnât allow for real people with real body differences. Thanks for making what shouldâve been a fun, easy group purchase into a frustrating, exclusionary experience. Do better.

Awesome selection of not only outdoorsy stuff, but clothing, snacks, shoes and even some supplements. All at a great price. I've shopped here a few times and haven't been disappointed. One of those go to spots when I'm in bellingham.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing interaction I experienced during my recent visit to Sierra store in Bellingham WA on January 27, 2025.
While speaking with one of your associates Lynn short haircut tall caucasian female, I asked her few questions to clarify some confusion I had about specific product. Unfortunately, her response was extremely rude, cold, and unprofessional. When I sought further clarification by repeating my question, the associate Lynn directly told me, âYou do not understand.â This remark came across as dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
While I was still speaking with the associate Lynn, the store manager suddenly approached me and, without any explanation, told me to âgo pay and get the hell out.â. I asked her so you telling me get the hell out of the store. She completely denied she said I did not that â get the hell outâ. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, particularly coming from someone in a leadership role. I also hope the store has surveillance cameras and that they have recorded the entire conversation. I believe reviewing this footage would provide clarity on the matter.
I firmly believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and patience, regardless of the race and ethnicity. I hope this feedback will prompt your team to address these concerns through appropriate measures, including staff training, to prevent similar incidents in the future. I want the regional manager and/or district manager to be involved and to take a deep look into this matter.
