I got quick answers ... As of August 2025... 4 to 5 years wait period for a 40 foot slip. Costs $100 / year to be on the wait list.

I had to figure out where a friend who was coming in from Blaine was supposed to be for visitors dock. And where I should leave his truck.. The gentleman at the desk was Extremely helpful and attentive.. Very professional, friendly and understanding of my request.
