Speeds of internet are subpar, billing practices are horrible and they continue to add bogus fees.

Beware of this company. I never write reviews but this company inspired me to. They provide horrible customer service and when I did cancel even after my contract expired they charged me a $330 fee to cancel service. Treated this way even after I paid on time every month for years .

Do not trust their sales pitch, especially if you’re residential. They prioritize businesses. Poor customer service. Poor tech support. Zero follow-up to problems.

It's evident that there's clearly employees making 5 star reviews so that the company can save face. There's obviously something wrong with the company and past employees who've worked there before can agree.

GOD AWFUL! This company treats both employees and customers like TRASH. If you're a customer, they will lure you into a binding contract on a empty promise of good service, and then it will turn out that you can never get a reliable, fast connection that you're stuck paying ridiculous money for. Please do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else. You might be better off with DIALUP internet than Startouch. I know someone who used to work there, and this place is a cesspit of neglect and incompetence. They fire good employees at the drop of the hat, and care only about making profit - at the sole expense of the quality of their services and quality of their employees' lives. The arrogant, toxic owner (Keith) makes bank on contracts while the employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and completely undercompensated for the amount of work they do. If you are thinking about working at Startouch, be warned that you will burn out and buckle from the amount of work they give you. They will expect you to do the equivalent of 3-4 jobs while barely paying you for one and offering pathetic benefits. What a deal! All while you work in a toxic environment full of chaos, drama, and stress - all starting with piss-poor communication and incompetence at the top that poisons the rest of the company. And apparently, at least some of the 5 star reviews were written by company employees just to make it look better. That should tell you something...

Horrible service. A joke of a company. Just a really horrible experience. Avoid this company at all COSTS. You would be better sending smoke signals.
