I have spent A LOT of money at this store over many years. Never had a problem until today. I bought a seahorse tip that the owner had dropped before selling it to me. Going as far as making repeated uh-oh sounds. When I realized it wouldn't work I brought it back, which hasn't been a problem in the past. But she didn't believe me because I don't have a seahorse but what I do have uses the same tip. She then told me once I bought a seahorse she would give me another tip. I replied by saying so I have to pay 70$ to get my money back? Which she confirmed so I told her I was going to leave a bad review because of all the money I've spent there. She then let her true colors show yelling at me to never come back. I couldn't believe it, I will never go back to that store again.

I have spent many hundreds of dollars in your store. Your husband may not know me but you do and i know your husband is working Saturday May 27th bc you have plans. This specific “honey dew whip” lasted for maybe 1/16th of what it should have had in it. I opened it less than 5 minutes ago and its already empty. Ill be there first thing in am and expect a free one in place of this.This has caused me quite a bit of inconvenience bc i need to relax now dealing with my grandson whos dad (my only son) recently died.
