Best storage experience ever! Close to I-5 and Sunset, A well-run facility that's privately owned & operated. Managed incredibly by Tillina, She has been so accommodating to our various storage needs and always approachable and friendly! The owner has great security with cameras plus reliable gate system in place and improvements to property have been maintained. Our thanks to Sunset S.S. for a Great experience!! Robert & Cynthia B.

Great place to get your stuff stolen. Major issue with individuals suffering from addiction issues and homlessness in the surrounding Sunset area. I had a set of brand new winter tires stolen and my boat was torn through x 2. They advertise that surveillance cameras cover the property. However, this is untrue as the property owners had no evidence to provide when asked.Never had a problem until recently.

Management and Ownership are TOP NOTCH. Super kind. More than fair pricing. The best part is they take care of the people at every possible turn. I've had space here for almost 2 decades which says more about the Team that runs it than it does about my spaces. Bet on that!!
