Not a good experience here, cars listed on car gurus were analyzed to be overpriced. Test drove a vehicle and brought it in to Jsport for inspection, found that it needed thousands of dollars of maintenance. I made a fair offer of $10,500, asking for no work except a new battery so I could get it to my trusted shop for work. This was for a vehicle listed at $11,850, and based on market research of comparable vehicles, and the work needed on this particular car. They were not willing to consider it.
One pro is that they have a ton of BMW models on the lot, many have been sitting for long time.
On a positive note, I was able to find a two year newer diesel BMW, with warranty, good inspection, and at a fair price elsewhere. Test driving a few models at autohaus gave me insight into what I would want to buy.

Thanks to Sergio, the car buying experience was hassle free and customer centered. I appreciate the open communication and willingness to meet the customer where they are at. Car is in good condition and hopefully runs well for the coming years. Possibly, will be back for another purchase at Autohaus 👍

I rarely write reviews but I truly believe that this one is warranted. I can't say enough good things about these folks overall, and my salesperson, Gator, in particular. I traveled from Southern California to purchase my BMW X5 3.5d from them and I'm so glad I did. They handled everything for me and did so thoroughly and professionally. And Gator went above and beyond when I accidentally left my bag in Bellingham! The car was exactly as they described and they even assisted me in getting an extended warranty at a great price. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Autohaus of Bellingham, and with Gator, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable luxury and an excellent auto buying experience. I’ve never given an auto dealership a 5 star review but these guys deserve nothing less. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. When we buy we’ll buy from them.
Update: I made the mistake of buying from MB Motors but ended up back at AutoHaus to do business with these gentleman instead. If I could add an extra star I’d add 3 more…

Was very interested in a car if they had on their lot, to the point of being ready to buy it if the test drive worked out. So I called the dealership to ask a question about a mileage discrepancy that showed up plain as day on the Carfax report. Seemed to be a clerical error, but only an idiot wouldn’t ask about it. Ask very Matter of fact, no accusation or anything like that, employee with these people, rude. In fact, I have never dealt with more douchie people than these in my life! Hey, if you don’t want to sell me a car, you certainly rate a 10/10 on that scale. Notice later, the car was still on your lot and the price of been lowered. Hope you are enjoying Pay the financing for that.

5 star sales department AND 5 star service department. We have purchased two vehicles from Autohaus and their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Sales: ease of negotiation, no pressure sales, utmost professionalism, quality delivery, and commitment to the quality of the vehicle sold. Service: clear communication, people who know these cars and SUVs inside and out, reasonable pricing, and they set realistic expectations for service time. The only complaint I'd have is they are slow to deliver on parts, but that's also due to sourcing issues. It's not easy to get specialized parts from Germany by tomorrow. 100% recommend Autohaus.

Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle!!
Bought my truck with ELI he was perfect very nice very respectful not pushy at all!! I live 300 miles away called Bellingham truck center wanted a truck he had everything approved an ready to go that day! Super impressed, as I was driving home I noticed my transmission was messing up, slipping, called Eli he got in touch with the owner Dany, DANY called right away to address the situation said bring it back into the Autohaus an they would replace my transmission no questions asked! I was able to communicate with Dany an his parts manager Kendra the entire time, also gave me a rental car while my truck was getting fixed! I have to say if I ever buy a vehicle again I will absolutely be going back the this dealership they are all awesome people to work with!!! Thank you!
