I have been coming here for 4 years now, and lately, surprisingly, I feel so sad to see all the bad reviews. It is a truly nice place, offering a welcoming atmosphere. Terrible. They did not know how to do a simple fill. My nails are peeling off already and I got them some today. Could not even do the almond shape. Go somewhere else.

Repeat customer. However I will not be going back.
Visited 4/19/25 for a pedicure.
I now have foot fungus on both of my feet.

always hit or miss, forced me to give them a tip after they did a terrible job on my french tips leaving nail glue all over my hands and a half ass job, you could tell she was rushing since they take anyone no matter how busy they are and don’t give their full attention while doing nails, never will come back again. nails were lopsided and uneven

I did a walk-in and all the techs were busy. Only took maybe 10 or 15 minutes before someone was helping me. The first woman did a great job prepping my nails and getting them shaped the way I wanted (since it was different from my reference photo). The lady who did the design though. Incredible job! My reference didn’t show the thumbs and I had an idea for what to do with them but never even had to say anything because she understood the assignment ? it was honestly like she was reading my mind. Altogether fantastic experience and I will be coming back!!!

I was a walk in for a pediicure and nail fill. They got me right in and it was a nice relaxing experience. I showed the gal doing my nails a photo of what I wanted and she did a real good job adding her own twist to the design which came out so cute for Winter! I'll definitely return for my nail needs.
ETA: I returned 3 weeks later for a fill. Wow what a surprise when I received my final bill! Have not returned since due to price of fill, did not get the nail tech I requested, and I sat waiting for 20 minutes past my previously scheduled appointment time. All I had done was a fill with gel polish and my total was $60.00. The tech had a mishap and left me bleeding didn't even say she was sorry kept working on my nails until I told her to loudly told her to stop so I could assess injury and clean it up. Then she had the audacity to point at the tip line when I was paying. Big fat zero is what she got there. Haven't been back since. No thank you, I can do better and not injure myself.

My nails were in bad shape since it had been 3 months since I last had the gel polish in Minnesota and most of it had come off. Chau did a beautiful job restoring them . Top Nails is not a fancy place, but the service is as good as you would get anywhere.
