“I felt well-treated by the company. I submitted an online message and received a call soon after the business opened on its next business day. The establishment appears professionally run, and the reception and waiting areas are inviting.
The service I had done, I believe, was a little more expensive than a dealership shop would have charged. (I assume independent shops have lower labor charges.) But I appreciated the time and effort expended on explaining to me what the vehicle inspection revealed, so I think that was a plus.
I mentioned what I feared was an issue with the vehicle, and I was happy that they could find nothing wrong (instead of trying to upsell me on something). What’s more, they fielded questions from me about the issue and whether it was a common problem on makes/models such as mine. Their answer put my mind at ease.”
“Took my Palisade to the dealership for a routine oil change and they found an oil leak. They quoted me close to $1k at the dealership to fix the problem. My husband called Lucky’s shop, and they were able to get us in. They let us drop off the car early, and they finished in a timely manner. Best part was they cut our cost almost in half, and got the leak fixed! Quick turn around, helpful and professional.”

After waiting over 4 hours for Heston Hauling, F.A.S.T showed up less than 20 minutes after my call! Whatever you do don't rely on Heston if you're in whatcom county.”

“I was in a bind and really needed my car towed immediately. Before deciding to deal with AAA, I reached out to Aaron at Bellingham Towing, who is a total delight, and cut me a break I really needed. He also recommended a couple of local mechanics for my vintage European clunker, that he has worked with in the past, which was above & beyond.I had to call back to verify some information, and the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and patient with me while I fumbled around for an address. I think their name was Lena & they were very sweet.The driver, Dylan, arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call and straight up saved my day. He helped push my car into the alley, cautiously navigated tricky roads, and steep hills, and ultimately provided excellent customer service. He was awesome, even my partner remarked just how much!It's so refreshing to experience quality care from local establishments. I've been in service forever, and I find myself really frustrated when workers don't extend the same warmth & initiative that I do when I'm clocked on. It matters!I will absolutely be recommending Bellingham Towing based on my 10/10 experience. I was concerned that I was going to have to fork out money I didn't have to spare, but they were affordable, too.Thanks, folks!”

“Omar Avelar with Hookup Towing is a stand up guy!!! Me and my family we stranded at Washington pass and after many hours (12) of being stranded and walking miles we were unable to get the rental car company to get us a tow service. Omar reached and let me know that he was not going to let us spend the night on the mountain! He took a leap of faith that he was going to get paid and came and got our vehicle!! I highly recommend this company!!”
