Of all the dispensaries in Bellingham I would NEVER set foot in another store after going to Trove. The staff always does an exceptional job recommending the best products for your budget and tolerance. Their gold membership benefits immediately drew me in after I learned you receive 10% off for LIFE as well as a dope gold membership card after going 25 times. They always have deals and other perks but the best part about going to Trove is talking with the staff every single one of them makes me feel very welcomed. P.S. Shoutout Candice she’s the goat.

Drove out of my way for happy hour to be told my items don't qualify for discount because they're under a certain price point. I'm fine with policy changing but it should be clearly stated on the website and if it's not they should make it right at the register which they didn't, they all just kind of stood there and stared. I won't be back, lost a regular due to lack of solution and customer service.
