Our first visit to this Location in Bellingham. My sister bought a few makeup items at a reasonable price.
Staff were Friendly , Janki helped us and was quite knowledgeable about the products. We sure will be coming back soon.

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Ulta thanks to Abby and Anijah! I came in completely overwhelmed I needed a full new face of makeup (including tools) for my upcoming elopement, and I had no idea where to start. On top of that, I needed my makeup to match my spray-tanned body and last all day, including through a hike.
Anijah jumped right in and immediately started pulling products that not only worked with my skin tone but also complemented my features perfectly. Abby stepped in shortly after and helped complete the rest of my look. They were both so knowledgeable, kind, and patient exactly what I needed in that moment.
I waited to write this review because I wanted to truly test the products and wow. I did a full face this weekend and went on not one, but TWO hikes… and I still looked flawless by the end of the day.
Highly, highly recommend this Ulta location purely because of Abby and Anijah. They went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful! 💄✨

Audrey did a great job helping me shade match for a foundation and a cover-up for a farmer’s tan before my wedding! She was very nice and was able to find exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Store is mostly clean, some random products in incorrect places but I’m sure that has more to do with customers than staff. Their employees are nice but seem as though they don’t know what they’re doing? Not great at making connections and always seem stressed at the register. They are always competent it just seems like there’s no flow in the workplace, i’ve seen managers loitering around while the staff looks lost and overwhelmed. I usually love ultas because I get to see a more creative and diverse group of people who can help me find exactly what i’m looking for, but this one lacks both of those things. Makes me wish we had a sephora in town.

I had the best experience buying hair products. I was helped by Sadie, what a great associate! She knew the products and gave some of the best customer I have had in Bellingham. I'm absolutely going back just because of her.
