Had some trouble & confusion finding my package. Kaitlyn helped me over the phone and went above and beyond by offering to call me back once they had it. Definitely 5 star service.

First time I’ve been here, they were pretty busy and there was a customer at the counter being rude and impatient. The employee behind the counter was handling it really well and was working hard. They helped me with my package and were kind and efficient.
