One of the employees who works there is absolutely rude to everyone. While I was there I had two people call him out and it didn't change his behavior at all. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else for your UPS needs I would pick somewhere else

First time I’ve been here, they were pretty busy and there was a customer at the counter being rude and impatient. The employee behind the counter was handling it really well and was working hard. They helped me with my package and were kind and efficient.

This place wanted to charge me $35 to ship a small box UPS and $70 to ship it USPS. Went home, opened a USPS click-to-ship account, paid $10.14, printed the label, and USPS picked it up the next day from my porch. Do not let these people rip you off.

Quite possibly the rudest people work here. I walked in and was greeted with “our internet is down right now, what do you need”
No hello. No smile. Just a rotten attitude. They should all be fired and replaced with people who are actually good at customer service.

Very bad customer service owner this place making fun of people instead of helping them of someone don’t know something. Like one old lady came inn for returning a package she ask for help like how can I do that and stuff they were making fun of her instead helping her . Thts rude . I would rate 0 if I had choice . Never coming back here

Seems like maybe ownership has changed roughly a year ago.
Was a five star location but the new operation is no good. Three packages have been lost of mine out of this location with the last update of these being that they received it.
Seahome location is the move, even if inconvenient.

Closed early. Person inside saw me outside their locked door with my package and did not even acknowledge me, even though it was 5 minutes before their closing time.
