Mikayla really helped me ship three separate gifts to my friends in the USA with the best price and packaging services. I appreciated her ability to stay calm, focused and still show a smile even when it got very busy. The store was very clean and organized as well. Thank you very much.

One of the employees old man asian with gray hair who works there is absolutely rude to everyone. While I was there I had two people call him out and it didn't change his behavior at all. Old man not competent and not professional. he need retire soon. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else for your shipping needs I would pick somewhere else

The staff is always friendly and helpful to me, even after witnessing them getting berated by shitty customers for no reason. Lots of entitled people using the UPS store, I guess.

This location doesn’t care about the customer or ensuring delivery. We had a package with passports shipped from a UPS store to this UPS Store using next day air for $80. An employee working there immediately returned it because the label wasn’t in compliance with their standards. One UPS Store can’t evidently sent it right to another. My phone number was on the package! Terrible. Sophia, however, was awesome as she tried really hard to help us.

The employees are always so helpful and go above and beyond to help me with shipping or returns. Mailing is never overpriced here and the line goes super fast. I can’t remember the names of the employees that helped me but thank you for being my go-to mailing spot!!

5:00pm rush on 10/10 with a line to the door with many complications and problem solving required for each customer, but the two employees were kind, cheerful, and very efficient. Amazing customer service here!

These guys are a joke.
I sold some auto parts. So I go to the UPS store: they sell me a packing box and quote me $49 in shipping.
The buyer agrees to the shipping charges.
One hour later I go back to UPS to drop off the items but this time they quote me $69 for the exact same thing items, inside the exact same box, going to the exact same address. Unbelievable!
I drove to FedEx instead and was able to ship all the stuff out for only $28!

One day I went my nearest UPS store over on Samish with at least 12 returns I needed shipped back to various places. Some were USPS and also UPS. Within 20 minutes, all my packages were tracking and I was already receiving proof of returns from various stores. This location is sufficient, quick and they are always very friendly. Just wanted to say thanks! 😊

Mediocre, but that’s mostly UPS in general and not this location. My packages keep getting delivered here and then sent back out, returned, etc. then they close now at 5pm with no warning.
