I have interacted with multiple financial institutions in various states for over 50 years now. I opened an account with USBank 25 years ago and have enjoyed a positive relationship the entire time. I am especially impressed with the professionalism shown from all employees at this branch related to all transactions. My most recent visit, interacting with David Baker in particular, was positively productive and handled with an interested and cordial respect, addressing all of my concerns without time-constraints. Because I was so impressed in my dealing with David, I happily recommend this branch to all individuals who might be seeking financial advise/assistance.

This branch is the best! Romeo, his manager and even one district manager helped me to add promo code to my account and I got the $450 as the promotion of 2024 July event!

I’ve had 2 negative experiences at this branch location. The first was for a business banking account and the long line when I went into follow up on its creation. I waited for almost an hour. The second was to make a deposit. The line was again 30+ minutes. Based on the amount I was not able to deposit online or via the atm. The manager repeatedly walks around and thanks people for their patience but doesn’t actually help anyone to take the pressure off of the limited staff. This is not a well run branch and has me considering moving our many accounts to a new bank. We have banked with us bank for almost 20 years and recently moved to the area. This branch gives the bank a bad name.

Money stealers! Stay awayEdit: Nothing they've done has helped and they actually continue to steal my money, will be closing accounts ASAP and I recommend everyone go to a credit union instead! Drive thru ATM is always breaking down and incredibly unhelpful

Terrible customer service. Charges hidden fees and won't refund in full once discovered. The manager was rude and condescending. Taking my personal and business banking elsewhere.
