Overall, they did a good job and have my thanks and appreciation!”
“Took Santa Fe in to correct 8 month old problem with voice commands! Rairdons reinstalled the updates and now everything works! Another dealership failed miserably to correct the problem and in fact caused the problem by not properly installing computor updates!

“I can’t recommend Tire Barn enough. We had a flat tire at the top of a mountain while dispersed camping, and Ben and his team came to the rescue. From the moment we called, Ben was calm, collected, and confident, promising to take care of everything—and he did just that. When we arrived, he explained exactly what he would do, how he would do it, and offered a very fair price. True to his word, he had us back on the road even sooner than the 20 minutes he estimated.
Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also went above and beyond. Ben even asked if he could give my dog a treat when he saw him in the back, which was a thoughtful gesture that really stood out.Even when they were busy and had my new tire on, they helped put away the spare tire, making what could have been a real hassle into a breeze. In a stressful situation, they were a huge relief. If you ever find yourself in a jam, near the North Cascades-near Glacier on a weekend, this is the place to go. They truly embody the spirit of good old-fashioned customer service.”
“Not every dealership suits everyone. If you're looking for a straightforward experience without the hassle of negotiations or arguments, this is the right place for you. I’ve always owned my cars outright until I found myself in a tough spot. After exploring various dealerships, I came across Kore Auto on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Neno was direct and efficient I dont like back an fourth so this worked for me. Not every experience is the same, but he is honest and no-nonsense. He’s busy, but genuinely a good person. The day after I purchased my car, it wouldn’t start, and he and his mechanic drove all the way to my house, even though I live far from his shop, only to discover I hadn’t filled the gas tank. He handled it with kindness and a few jokes. While I know there are some negative reviews, everyone has their preferences. If you simply need a vehicle and have the funds, go see him. I'm glad I did.”

“we took our vintage VW to rods for a tune-up, after it had set idle for many years. we took their advice re: many preventative work items - and - no surprise for an old car - there were unforeseen surprisesstaff was friendly: planning + communications were a bit of a challenge at times, but in the end, I appreciate their willingness to follow thru with their resolve to complete the necessary work to get things taken care of to get the car running”

“Today I had the most amazing, positive experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I went in for a service issue which was promptly scheduled--and it was not a routine service concern. Then I went to the parts department to get some advice on an interior and exterior detail issue I was having with--wait for it--dog slobber which had settled into the leather on the inside of the door and the outside on the paint. So they called in their detail guy who buffed out the stubborn slobber as well as a scratch I had on the outside of the door. All for free, while I was waiting, no questions asked. They were also kind enough to sell me an accessory at a reduced cost out of the kindness of their hearts...It was the most remarkable experience I have ever had in my life at a dealership. I'm just crossing my fingers that the service is goes as well. In any event if you're looking to buy a Subaru I highly recommend Dewey Griffin in Bellingham. Incredible team.”
