Nice friendly people providing good service at the Yorky's location. Quick and convenient. I think other poor reviews here are people commenting on not getting their package from USPS central.

Conveniently located inside Ben's Market (the convenience store at Chevron, formerly called Yorky's Market), I send packages from here often rather than going up to the big Post Office. PO boxes are available too. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes a short wait as there's only one person at a time working the PO counter. But still faster than the alternative. So glad it's there!

I would not recommend this place for your amazon pick up. They lost my package or were not able to find mine ever. I visited twice for the same package, and it's still missing when the amazon apps says it's available for pick up.

Lost a package being delivered to me, and lost a package I sent. I’m out over 200$ in missing stuff and useless postage. It’s literally worse that not having a postal service to begin with

Not sure about the history that led to this precinct’s 2.9 rating here on the goog. But I can tell you this, it’s absolutely not because of people like Rachelle.Without a doubt, one of the sweetest and most helpful postal staff members I have ever had the pleasure to work with. All she did was was demonstrate a “how can I help you better” spirit. All too uncommon anymore.And I don’t even live in Bellingham! I was just passing through on a road trip under less than ideal circumstances. And now I’m left only to wish I could always have her as my hometown postal professional.I only hope the USPS knows how lucky they are to have her! Thanks again Rachelle for all you did to help ensure my postal needs were met.

I've been to this post office twice and had a great experience both times! Super speedy service, friendly customer service, look forward to going back! It's also convenient having the counter located within the gas station convenience store, it's a one-stop shop for a lot of things.

Terrible customer service. I'm shipping a used textbook, and it needs to get there without damage. The postal worker told me to grab the most flimsy envelope there and said it would probably get damaged. She was super nice and helpful to the very well dressed woman before me, so I'm not sure why she spoke to me so rudely. That kind of interaction can really ruin your day. I thought this little post office would save time, but I guess I'll go to the bigger location and wait in line like everyone else. It's a shame; this location is only a few blocks from my house, but there's no way I'm coming back here. It really takes no more time to be nice to someone than to be rude and dismissive.

recieved a message my package couldnt be dropped off because driveway and door were not accesible when it was a perfect day out and nothing in the way, there customer service phone number closes at 3 pm pacific time which is awful since most people are working at 3 pm. Stil have yet to recieve my package and each time i try getting help nothing happens even with a provided tracking number, im now out 260 dollars. USPS is an awful company with the worst customer service

This is a small post office counter in a gas station, so don't expect much, but service was friendly and they're open on Saturdays! Due to its size there is only one employee working at a time, so the line can get quite long, but that seems to be true at almost every post office these days. Letter sent from here on a Saturday and arrived across the country the next Tuesday... not bad for 55¢!

People who work at the Orleans Postal service are shady, sheisty, and dishonest people. Especially the people who work the desk in the afternoon, sliding extra charges into my shipping order without me noticing until I reviewed my CC info and realized u substituted my ground for 2 day- on a freaking Friday. What a kick in the.... I hope Amazon puts y'all 6feet under a trailer with the door locked and tagged with no way out. Jerks. More and more dishonest businesses struggling to get by are what's contributing to people's not wanting to do business.

Drove out of my way for hours, there were a couple of accidents on Meridian street from idiots driving so didn't get to the post office until just before 5. I walked up to the door, my phone just turned to 5, there was no one AT the door or walking away from it so it was already locked before 5! as I was waiting at the door, they never looked up, never acknowledged me as I knocked on the glass or offered to suggest an alternative. Typical useless overpaid government workers that don't care about anyone. They had a sign posted of a place that was open until 6 pm (Yorkies) so I drove all the way there and it closes at 4:30! If you're going to post something try not to be post incorrect info, typical of uncaring #$!Ho$#!

I was on hold for 40+ minutes and then realized they forgot about me. I was calling because they left my item in a parcel locker and didn’t leave me the key! Finally got a hold of them, they said they would fix it. Still no key and still no mail!!! Get it together.
