Got loads of info after getting voicemail. None pertained to my question, then got cutoff again. Typical service or lack of. Made for their convenience not us customers !

Also they only have one person to interview you for passport applications and they call out sick a lot and the office won’t even tell you your appointment got canceled. Super unprofessional. Waste of my time.

The staff are so rude every time I come here. Cut me off mid sentence and act like you’re stupid for asking a question. Wish they would hire at least 1 person who isn’t miserable.
