Had a large amount of packages to mail here and the gentleman helping me was super efficient and friendly.
I have had people complain before when I’ve brought in this many packages to mail but he seemed super happy to do it and chatted with me through the whole process. This is a great location

Mike stayed half an hour late to help ship 9 boxes containing over 500 pounds of items, paid for almost entirely in stamps. An absolute saint of a man, his patience is most appreciated.

The USPS employees at this location are wonderful, friendly and efficient. I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and told to have a good day when I leave. Mike, Yu Jin and Chris always go above and beyond to help with any issues I might have. I ship several packages daily and have never had an issue. Sometimes the line is long but they work as fast as they can. The recent hiring of a few new workers should help.

Packages are often delivered to the wrong address or given to a random person instead of delivered to the correct address. Responses are slow and inadequate.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful! Of course it is unfortunate that there is not enough of them, and the line often goes all the way into the lobby because they are understaffed. It is certainly not a fast post office, but it is full of nice staff.

I can hardly believe it's been over seven years since I first started visiting this post office location! Every single time I come in, I’m greeted by the warm and friendly staff who truly go above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for always retrieving my packages from the warehouse and bringing them out to me with a smile. It’s a delight to know that I can count on such dedicated service!
I’ve never encountered a negative response or feeling turned away, which is so refreshing in today’s world. I genuinely appreciate all the hard work you all put in, especially considering the challenges of interacting with so many different customers every day. Your commitment to service does not go unnoticed!
As a suggestion, it would be fantastic if the lobby could be open a bit longer, like it used to be. That would be an amazing improvement! Thank you once again for everything you do! Keep up the fantastic work!

They are certainly under-staffed, but every interaction we have had with the folks at this USPS location has been pleasant. We feel they help us to the best of their ability, and we appreciate their efforts.
