Stay away from this location. They do not sell with integrity and take advantage of senior citizens. Every time my elderly mother has gone to this store with a question regarding her phone, she walks out with the latest iPhone, and extras that she doesn’t need or use. A 20+ year customer deserves better. She needs to pay off the latest device she was sold and find a new service provider. How do you people sleep at night?!

I just walked out of the store & had to write this asap, because, Brayden, the representative who helped me, was outstanding!!! In helping me solve my problems, he was courteous, professional, yet very friendly & exhibited a world of patience with me. He definitely went far abovre & beyond and I am so appreciative for his help (he resolved all my issues quickly & completely). As I said, he was outstanding and I think he should get a pay raise & a promotion!!!

Connor went far out of his way to work with Verizon customer service to help resolve a mistake I made during my recent purchase of a new phone!
I am very pleased with the service I have received at this store, especially this visit and in the past.

Adeel was so helpful and friendly! He worked through some confusion with my upgrade very efficiently and was very informative! He is the best give him a bonus.
Also the woman with red hair is awesome I forgot her name but she helped me before and she should get a bonus too.

I go in to pay my last bill on my 5g Internet service with cash since they deny access to your online account after you cancel service and make you pay with a check (which no one has anymore) or cash. I'm told that they will be right with me twice. I go up to one of the two ladies that are literally just sitting around doing nothing to ask if I am able to pay my bill at this location and she says yes but she "doesn't have access to the systems" to allow me to pay my bill. What kind of company doesn't give access to their system to all of their employees so that they can service customers? Honestly, Comcast has better customer service than Verizon and that saying a lot as Comcast has been rated worst in customer service many times before. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend Verizon and specifically this location if you're looking for home internet or cell phone service.

Trash customer service completely blew me off. Don't go. They sell cellphones that's it they aren't really verizon they're partners that sell cell phones and are not operating in the best interest of verizon the company. They are no there to help any existing customers.

I had put money on my pre paid wireless on the fifth of June .
My account was showing $60 balance , but I was not able to get it on the account .
Very frustrating!!
I tried to get a hold of a person through the Verizon app , just more frustration as I was put into a loop !
I was very angry and called up this Verizon store , not using the best language .
The representative Visharl was very professional and did not tell me to get lost or chill out .
He suggested I come in and they would work out the situation .
Visharl was very polite ,patient and professional, and he and his associate were able to help me .
It was going to go through at midnight .
I just needed to calm down ? !!
