I purchased cellphones here for my kids and we were very pleased with Diane’s excellent customer service. She helped us get the phones activated and ready to use. She made sure we got everything we need during our visit at this Verizon store.

I’ve had just ok-ish experiences here but today drove me and my family over the edge. We had set an appt for 1pm. We got in a little early (12:45) with our kids, figuring we could check out the merch. We were wanting a watch and some insurance trade ins for cracked screens.*my husband checked in online*We looked around, waited, no one acknowledged us in any way. and then this continued on, and on, and on. We saw person after person coming in, getting greeted and helped. I took my kids out to the play area since they were getting fussy..and we waited some more. Finally my husband went up to the manager and asked the ETA. He said we were next, in a very annoyed tone. As if we had been bothering him the entire time (it’s the first time we spoke to anyone in that store in 15+ mins).We got to the point where we were just so turned off we were going to leave. My husband told the manager we were leaving, and he responded “it’s only 1:07”. Ok but you’re late and not communicating that to us, or even acknowledging us frankly. My husband walked out with our kids, and i told the manager it was unacceptable. His response? “Well if no one has helped you, how did he get checked in huh?” HE DID IT HIMSELF. Absolutely ridiculous to the point where after 15 years with Verizon we are switching to t mobile.

Went into his morning to purchase a new phone. It was packed, I waited my turn. Not more than 2 minutes into being waited on, two separate people came and interrupted while I was being waited on. BOTH times the salesman walked away and helped them. After the second time, I told him I wasn't going to continue to wait while he kept walking away from me I walked right out. We were literally mid way through my purchase and he walked away, TWICE, not even excusing himself, just walked away. I can't even believe he couldn't tell them to wait their turn. The salesman couldn't have cared less.Bye Verizon, you lost a long, long time customer. I wish I could give zero stars

The service on our visit was friendly and the young man helpful in our search for a new iPad charging cable. The store seemed clean and newer. The accessories and phones, etc displayed seemed to be new-end and ready for purchase.

Jason was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! My wife and I hate going to the Sunset location specifically because they are sleazy salesman, and have absolutely no shame about it. Jason was super professional, calm, cool, and collected. I went in thinking opportunistically (expecting an s22)... and left with a brand new s23 ultra (with trade in from a lame Motorola Edge+.) Thank you Jason, you just gave me 5 years of absolute ?% technological pleasure until our next trade-in! Definitely recommend this location.

I used to be a Verizon customer but I am not anymore because they're over charged me for my personal account and said I ordered 4 new androids and iPhones which I didn't have any money for them in the first place

My family and I have been very impressed with the service we recently received at the Bellis Fair Verizon store. Wanted to call out specifically Yannick and Dianna. You guys went above and beyond helping us out displaying impeccable patience and grace through it all.Yannick has taken point assisting us both with sales and troubleshooting issues that came up exhibiting true customer service excellence!Dianna was absolutely amazing with the level of patience she showed when we brought in my grandparents to get their new phones....... Including the high level of redundant questions. You guys were amazing! Thanks!

Worst retail experience I’ve possibly ever had. My husband and I went into Verizon (who we have had for about 7 years) to see what we could do to lower our bill a bit. New customers get better deals for some reason and the guy we talked to said they can take $20 off. Well we had talked to TMobile and they were offering us a $200/month discount. When we told the store manager we were going to be going with TMobile he acted like we were stupid, told us we would have a contract (which wasn’t true) that they told us they would pay off devices but that they wouldn’t (also not true) and he literally rolled his eyes at me. Yes, he rolled his eyes like he was 14 instead of the 40 something he was. I left so annoyed, I’d have switched and paid more BUT didn’t have to because guess what…our $426 per month Verizon bill went down to $235 and we have better service in our area of the county. If you are at all curious about switching to TMobile I’d 10/10 recommend. The customer service is so far superior. The culture at Verizon must be toxic because even the woman at the call center when I dealt with them last week was rude and said to me “you get what you pay for” when we told her we were switching. I guess she’s right because now we are actually getting what we pay for with TMobile.

I walked in had a long wait. Then after waiting all that time, I asked for an estimate for how much it would cost to repair my phone. Apparently verizon only repairs through their insurance and they refused to give me an estimate for my insurance. I had to go to Cellairis to get my phone fixed which is just by the food court. I will be switching to another provider simply because this interaction. I have been with this company 18 years and can't even give me an estimate on the phone repair.

Customer service here is a joke. Walked in to upgrade my service and get a new phone and they put me on a waitlist and said it would be 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and half and being told I was next on the list multiple times, I still watched 3 other people walk in and be helped. Ended up leaving without being helped.
