I could hear that the pharmacy kept picking up the phone and would instantly put me on hold repeatedly without saying anything to me. They also lied to me in the past about my insurance refusing to cover my meds, but my insurance said they never even received a claim

Dani (spelling?) In the photo department was completely oblivious to customers around her, asking for help. Once we finally managed to get her attention she treated us like a huge inconvenience and eventually helped us but with a horrible attitude. They clearly dislike their job and take it out on the customers.

My photos print redder in color than other stores, but the pharmacy staff is THE BEST! They are so personable and friendly and kind.

The clerk who I checked out with, I believe his name is Bryan? He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was asking me lots of inappropriate questions. There was an undertone in his voice that just made me extremely uncomfortable.

Fast and easy for passport photos.
Edit. They were fast, but the passport photos were rejected because they didn't meet standards, and the person taking them probably didn't know that they were wrong.

The manager specifically is basically underqualified for her job. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She doesn’t know how things work. It’s a total waste of time. It is not worth going. Avoid this location.

I went here to get a passport photo taken, and Tracee was quite rude to me and the young lady in the line ahead of me.Of course, she didn't get my order correct. When discussed at pick-up, she blamed me for not mentioning my requirements initially, which included digital copies. . .Well, I certainly didn't want to talk to Tracee for a second longer than I thought necessary; she made a solid point.

Online told me the item I needed was in stock. Went to the store and they didn't have it. Was sent to another location after being told the next place has it in stock. They didn't. What is the point of having an internal inventory system if you're not going to update it?! Never going back. So many other options.
