Thank you to Wells Fargo for serving my parents needs since 1976. Both Dr. Ralph, and Mrs. Dolores Bertolin trusted your institution for their banking needs. I, too, wish to thank you for all of your help and expertise through the difficult time of my mother’s late elder years. Bravo.

Wonderful people work in this bank. Today, with great patience and attention, a very friendly and pleasant girl Nevaeh Roetger, Teller helped me. I had a serious question with my account, so, she helped me solve my problem with great patience and understanding. I am very grateful to her!

ATM outside is almost always occupied or have people waiting for it. Why did they shut down the drive through atm? I get not wanting to have an employee there on standby for drive through but we're almost in year 2025. Get an automated ATM system in the drive through. My only other option is going down town which I refuse to do. I'm a bartender and always carry lots of cash for deposits. No one should feel unsafe with a bank where their only option is to go to a walk up ATM when they're carrying $500-1000 in cash for a deposit. I almost switched to chase because of this and I've been with Wells Fargo for 14 years.
Edit: This is mainly an issue because people are always waiting for the ATM and if you have more than 30 notes you have to do multiple transactions to make a deposit. Wells Fargo is the only bank I know of that limits you this way.

Site didn't display work hours until I already got there and found it to be closed.

Please re-open your drive-thru service. It's been very inconvenient to have to get out of the car and go in and line up just to make a small deposit. Not happy the drive up has been closed!!

I went to the Bellingham Wells Fargo today and left before I even got through the front doors. Two reasons: the place is not handicap friendly, and it was so unkempt (trash was strewn across the concrete entryway) that it made me wonder if Wells Fargo is going to be the next big bank to go under. On the handicap issue, the drive-through is permanently closed; in addition, there are two sets of large doors to get through to enter the lobby, neither of which has functioning handicap door openers. As a person who needs a walker to get around, these barriers are substantial. And the fact that they don't seem to have enough money to pay someone to keep their walkway clean and repair handicap door openers is not a good sign for the financial health of the institution.

Have been there twice this week, both times there was no wait at the tellers. I worked with a banker both times and she was fantastic. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this Wells Fargo branch.

I wanted to leave a good review for Ruan who helped my fiancé and I open a joint account today. He was super friendly, professional, and explained everything to us clearly! I've been banking with Chase for years but we chose Wells Fargo for our joint account and am very happy that we did!

This place is a nightmare! I strongly suggest going to a credit union! It can take days to cash a check. The lack of communication between staff and customers is disgusting!

I've been with Wells Fargo since 2016. I've banked in different cities throughout Washington and Oregon with this bank and have always had polite helpful service. The negative reviews surprise me. It seems people forget there's staffing shortages everywhere. The banks busy, but the tellers are always ready to help and answer questions. The services offered are helpful, and easy to understand.

I have been with this bank for 30+ years. Only because they took over a bank where my account was at. But the bank has done a good job at holding my currency over this time so why change. As of late the service has been cut back and I don't understand why. I do 90% of my banking on Saturday. It doesn't make much sense to me to take time off work to go to the bank. I'll have less money to bring to the bank if I have to do that so what's the point? And when they were open on Saturday the branch seems busy so it was a good service for a lot of customers.Today, 5-feb-22. They are no longer open on Saturdays. At least 5 vehicles showed up in the 5 minutes I was there and 3 went to go inside. As with me, we were annoyed they were closed. To top it off, The ATM could not dispense money. Ill ignore the fact that there is no drive-thru ATM in this town. It would be a lot safer for customers if there was. Lucky for me I could at least deposit some checks that I had been holding onto, that part of the ATM was operational.Banking here for me is going to cost me $45 a pop to take time off work to get what I need done. So if I need to loose out on wages to do banking here It will only happen once and that will be to close out my account, or leave just a penny in there. That should cover the cost of the monthly statements.I will be looking for a new bank today.

Edit after the ridiculous response from wells Fargo social media manager..What a joke. One teller for Barclay. The social media manager wants to talk about this. Glad I sold this stock years ago. Wells Fargo needs to shutter some locations of they cannot staff it.I am looking forward to paying off my mortgage this year and being done with bankers who think this is ok.Just say no and take a right turn away from this bank.I have watched over the last several months how the local branch here has reduced services. There have been only 2 tellers for the last 2 months and now there is only one. Seems there are managers who just don't want to see customers. I tried waiting in line today but left after 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in front of me. I suggest you shut down some of your bank sites and get the rest operational again with employees. I will now start making normal deposits at WECU and use Wells Fargo only for online transactions.
