I’ve had 2 negative experiences at this branch location. The first was for a business banking account and the long line when I went into follow up on its creation. I waited for almost an hour. The second was to make a deposit. The line was again 30+ minutes. Based on the amount I was not able to deposit online or via the atm. The manager repeatedly walks around and thanks people for their patience but doesn’t actually help anyone to take the pressure off of the limited staff. This is not a well run branch and has me considering moving our many accounts to a new bank. We have banked with us bank for almost 20 years and recently moved to the area. This branch gives the bank a bad name.

Money stealers! Stay away
Edit: Nothing they've done has helped and they actually continue to steal my money, will be closing accounts ASAP and I recommend everyone go to a credit union instead! Drive thru ATM is always breaking down and incredibly unhelpful

I've lived in Bellingham for 4 years and started banking with US Bank then. I'm former military and the perks are great. And the staff has been kind and helpful each time I visit. Yes, like some others, I don't care for this bank's involvement in certain business affairs but the folks at this branch don't have much say in corporate matters. 5 stars for outstanding customer service.

Besides having a phone system that makes it almost impossible to contact a real person at this branch, personnel here have no loyalty to their customers and provide very poor services. My mother had a US Bank account for over 30 years, and I inherited that account when she passed away. However, when I asked for a new account to handle some funds from my mother's estate, this branch refused to set it up. I soon found out that other banks were quite willing to open an estate account for me and immediately closed my US Bank account.

I work for a business in downtown Bellingham, every day we have to go to the bank to exchange money for the registers and almost every day one of the employees at US Bank gives us so many problems and it is incredibly frustrating, we actually dread going to the bank when she’s working. It got to the point where our owner had to give multiple employees (not just managers) access to his account information because she didn’t believe we had an account with them. She tries to turn us away, won’t let us exchange money, gets mad at us, and is constantly rude to us. Our owner has called before to file a complaint and nothing has changed. We haven’t had any issues like this with other employees which is how we know there is no policy she is trying to abide by. We are officially done doing business here. Unacceptable.

I've been to probably 10 other US Bank Branches throughout the northwest and this is easily the most depressing. The tellers don't smile, the interior is dated, and the tellers act as though anything you ask them to do is an inconvenience.

Just awful! Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Plenty of people "doing other things" no one even said they'd be with me eventually. Thank God I don't bank here...only had to come here for a one off transaction. Which they required me to provide my SSN for. My advice...never go there.
