Such an amazing shop with amazing people! My windshield was hit with several rocks from an uncovered trailer. Josh got me right in and the repair took less than 10 minutes. Sooo grateful! I will definitely recommend to others and be a returning costumer! Thank you so much!!

I've come in for repairs on small cracks and chips over the years on several different vehicles and Whatcom Windshields have delivered everytime. Customer service is excellent. In and out, no nonsense and back on the road.

I called around town for pricing, Whatcom Windshields was the best by about $300 with no delay in quoting. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. My windshield was replaced in about 30 minutes. I have a newer CX-5 with all the extra smart systems. Very courteous and expedient service. Their service comes with free rock chip repairs for life of the windshield. I highly recommend Whatcom Windshields.

I have had a terrible experience. I have a very rare Volvo I came to them asking if they could fix the weather striping peeling on it. One of them assured me on the phone they could. I got there they took one look and said no we can not help you. One of them recommended I peel it all off use black market to color it in. As he started to peel my weather striping off without asking. That is beyond the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen someone peeling off the remaining parts of my weather stripping only to replace it with black marker. Below is a picture where the gentlemen started peeling it off until I told him to stop immediately. Don’t trust these guys at all. The bottem half is where he started picking at it. If I knew the guys name I’d put it here. Id be surprised if I got a response on here to the guy that needs to own up to peeling it off without asking

Needed a new windshield, called around to see what it would cost. . . The larger, chain shops were absurdly priced, some never responded to my request for a quote via email. . .Saw the name Whatcom Windshields mentioned in the reviews for one of the chain shops. Looked up the number and called. I was quoted a price, on the spot, which was significantly less than any other shop I had spoken to. My second surprise came when I was told they could have the windshield in stock as soon as the next day!I scheduled an appointment at their location for the second day after calling. My appointment was at 0900. I arrived only 5 minutes early. Got right in to their shop bay, they went straight to work and I was back out on the road towards home by 0919.I cannot recommend Whatcom Windshields highly enough. They were efficient, professional and the price point knocks the competition right out of the water. As I understand they've been in that location some 30 years and I can only hope they are there many more. I've found my new go-to windshield shop.

Whatcom windshields is an amazing business who offers very timely and professional customers service. I brought in my vehicle that was having some water leakage and in less that 25mins, they were able to figure out and fix the problem which other places had told me was a bigger and major leak issue for a very minimal amount. I definitely recommend them as the best.

Emailed them and they were very prompt with a response. The staff were very polite and hilarious. Very good price and my vehicle had a pretty substantial amount of rust along the sealing surface and they fixed it up. Also reattached my headliner and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend this place and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need this work done again!
