I was in your Bellingham score today turning in some old equipment and that went just fine. But while I was there I had the displeasure of watching a gentleman try to explain to an elderly lady about apps. The lady was not understanding and the gentleman was being kind of condescending and rude to her. I understand you guys are crazy out TV and everything is going to apps and streaming services but there is absolutely no reason you treat people like that. I was so appalled at what I was listening to I almost went over there interrupting the conversation myself to tell the lady it's okay I have the same issue with technology. So please in the future type me a little more kind to people that just simply don't understand what's going on.

Called to ask a question about adding a TV channel package after I couldn’t get an answer from an agent on the app chat function. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and then told me that our entire phone call was a waste of time because she had to explain things to me.

Great location, however they do not handle exchanging of equipment. Good to know. Must go to Sunset Store location. That information should be obvious to see on the website.

Xfinity internet is about 20% as fast as they advertise and absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this company at all costs. This review is a statement on the parent company and not this particular location. They just happen to be who I have received service from.

Nick helped make changing addresses easy. I had spent 2 hours trying to navigate Comcast's 800 number to no avail. Nick took care of it within 5 minutes. 5/5

Nick helped us by setting up an email account before we had access to our new home. Then after the sale closed we went into the Comcast outlet in Oak Harbor. Eddie guided us patiently through package selection and getting equipment. Never getting frustrated with the befuddled old man and computer illiterate wife through several hiccups in customer owned modem/router/hub selection and acquisition. I cannot praise them or recommend highly enough. They are the kind of employees every employer should wish to have caring for their treasured customers.
