This place is full of salespeople who work on commission to sell you expensive Internet that you can get for cheap from better providers. The only reason you should use Comcast is if nobody else in your area can provide Internet. They will throttle your Internet, sell you Internet plans that their infrastructure can't even support or provide at exorbitant prices. They also force you to use their DNS and spy on your Internet habits/traffic.

This company engages in shady, deceitful and what I believe to be illegal business practices. It is nearly impossible to cancel your service. It took me multiple phone calls totaling over 4 hours of time to cancel. They claim to have sent me equipment, unsolicited, and now upon cancelling are continuing to bill my credit card. I believe this violates consumer protection laws in WA state. I've had to cancel my credit card in order to prevent further charges. I write this to issue a warning to anyone considering using this service: do not.

Not great, I came in to do an equipment change out because xfinity had messed up my order.
The individual helping me Le Che was abrupt and definitely not who I would have greeting clients that are paying for this service.

I have been an xfinity member for four years. Please tell me why when I went in to return their equipment due to moving to an area they aren’t available in that I must video chat a representative on an iPad when the entire store has employees in person. If I could do it online I would have but I knew I had to return the equipment. As I entered I talked to the front desk and she took my bag and told me to go to the iPad, once I came back from ending my account she was unable to print my receipt and also decided to tell me after the fact that my reusable bag was thrown away because they can’t have any bags left alone. Not once was I told that if it was left unattended this would occur and this is a bag that was important to me and she tried to give me some random other bag. I will never do any of my business with this company again.

A couple of months ago I had a lot of disagreements with Comcast. I made appointments four times and came in to Bellingham from Birch Bay.
The fourth time before I was assigned to another agent and the store manager stepped up to me and said “I’ll take care of this customer.” The manager’s name was Megan Liston.
She took me into her office with a smile and listened to every complaint I had. Then she told me she would take care of everything. She did so even before I left.
It took a month or so for me to see that everything had fallen into place. It was all taken care of!
I’m forever thankful for her understanding and professionalism. She turned everything around for me. Thank you so much Megan!

The Xfinity Store on Sunset is the place to go for good service. Today David helped me save over $100 a month by reviewing the services I had on my account and deleting those I not longer need or use. When we moved from out of state our account had a home phone line , but did not set that up here so he removed it. He also gave me the speed of internet suitable for my usage. He was VERY personable, listened carefully to my questions and made certain I understood each step. He also explained their cell service plan and I received one year of cell service free.. David was extremely detail oriented . Xfinity should be proud to have such a kind, helpful employee. I will not hesitate to recommend David for any Xfinity services… thanks for a good store visit!

My father Steven Bishop act# 14271635, passed away in December 2024, thought I closed account paid his last bill, sent emails with documents, brought all equipment back to your store with the death Certificate, just received a letter from sunrise collection asking for $711.37, are you serious right now!!

Went in to drop of equipment and cancel my service has the price keeps going up and I’m not getting any better internet.
Walk in the doors was greeted quickly and I explained that I wanted to cancel my services and with in 10 mins I was in my way out the door no hassle no trying to convince me to stay a customer.
Was super refreshing

I have been trying to get a hold of Xfinity/Comcast about problem with the piece of property that we manage. There is no way that I have been able to find to get past the robot that answers the machine to get issues solved with them.
