If I could rate 0 stars I could. After multiple family members telling my mother about their reduced rates from Xfinity for elderly (which my mother is), the teller at this store told her the deal didn't exist (despite her also getting a pamphlet about it before). He also then did something to her plan(we are still unsure what), causing it to TRIPLE THE COST!Don't use this store or honestly Xfinity/Comcast at all. The staff are rude, condescending, and highly unprofessional.

This company is evil. I tried to reduce costs by switching to using my own modem, after suddenly getting charged double for the same plan as before without any warning because my "promotion ended," but the tech support people advised me to buy the wrong modem, so when I installed it and it didn't work, I didn't have time to fool around finding a different option, I had to switch back to the rented Xfinity modem--all this was hours on the phone passed between a bunch of different customer service reps saying garbage things like "You can rest assured I will be able to resolve your issue today" and then on the phone with someone saying, infuriatingly, "What can I do to put a smile on your face today Ma'am?".... Well, the internet came back on and that worked for a couple weeks, but then curiously/not so coincidentally shut off at the SAME time I contacted Xfinity to ask why the heck I was still getting charged double. Since the internet was then cut off, I had to have a tech come to the house. The tech was great (actual HUMAN being!). He found that the Xfinity customer service people had put the wrong MAC address on my account when we switched _back_ to the rented Xfinity modem. So the tech had to go install a DIFFERENT modem because Xfinity no longer recognized their OWN rented modem equipment. A fun kicker is that I was charged $100 for the visit because the tech came to the house __FOR THE MISTAKE XFINITY MADE__. I had to accept the $100 charge or not get my internet back. Xfinity doesn't give a rip about its customers. They wouldn't DARE share their chat transcripts with anyone and reveal how terrible and misguided their service is. No transparency. No care. We're only here because it's a monopoly. Full on Black Mirror experience.

Quinn helped me change my number.I was his first customer, so I really blessed him and gave him a life long memory ? jkMy only complaint is I was forced to get this new area code rather than the classic "360" area code. I guess I'll learn to live with area code "564" ? lol!Good customer service!

After 10 or so useless phone calls to the store, I finally went in person, where all my issues were quickly dealt with. Store was extremely busy, with considerable wait time, but worth it.

Samantha helped me get a service order placed for Xfinity cables that were touching my roof. She went above and beyond, sticking with it to make sure it got repaired, texted me to follow up and over all did a great job communicating to get it resolved. Ask for Samantha!

They absoutly are beyond piss poor. I was there 4 1/2 hours today and spent $1000.00 I got home and my transfer of the old phone to new phone # was not done. To call back to the man that sold me the phone can not be done. All carriers of cell service dont have customer service, but they are the worst. I can't wait to see them tomorrow, I am going to go all Sam Kinnison on them. XXOO

There is always a 30+ minute wait. Marie was very unpleasant to work with. Really rude. The front desk assistant was nice, though.

Long lines, definitely make an appointment, but their online services and the shop don't communicate so call to make an appt.

You would have gave them five-star we went to pick up new cable boxes they made the mistake of giving me to many I try to return them and I had to wait an hour before they could even talk to me again even though they just handed to me when I walked in kinds of ridiculous

They were very busy but when the young lady saw I was returning a tv box for an upgrade, she came to me right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

This was my first experience in the store. Iwas straightforward. There was aine but it moved quickly. This doesn't necessarily rate their brand however but the people in the store here. I was able to do what I came here for. The person behind the desk was very quick and efficient.

Waited here for over an hour today just to return our modem as we purchased our own. They said it would be 20 minutes but then sat for an hour watching them put other clients ahead of us. When asked a second time how much longer it would be and mentioned we had already sat for an hour we were told just to keep waiting, no apology, no attempt at customer service. Definitely worth looking at other internet providers as they do not value or business and their customer service was cold and curt
