“Update: Frank the owner contacted us and apologized for the lack of customer service and refunded us the pet hair cleaning fee. Even though we had issues I believe this company will do a good job detailing your car and if you have issues contact Frank. I now have updated to 4 stars from 2. Thank you Frank.
I called to make an appointment and was quoted a higher price than what was stated on their website. I asked why the amount is higher than what’s on the website and she stated they have raised prices but have not corrected their website. She did agree to honor the website price. I scheduled my appt for 10:00 and they were 3.5 hours late with no phone call letting me know they would be late. I called twice and only received voice mail with no call back. When they arrived I mentioned they were late and no apologize given only stating their boss rearranged the schedule. When they finished detailing my car the total they gave was not the website price but the new price not on the website. I stated I was quoted the website price and asked what’s the additional charge? They said there is a dog hair Removal fee and that is the additional fee. No one mentioned an extra fee for dog hair. The gal was not apologetic or willing to adjust the charge. If there is a separate charge it should have been stated. The two stars is only that the car detailing was done as expected. Would I use this company again! NO!”
