The wine is tasty. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. They are eager to tell you about the wine and are generous with pours.

What a great little taste of Tuscany! Fantastic Italian style wines are a nice departure from the Prosser hub. Bonnie was so helpful and friendly. She had the Hawks game on the radio while there were unwinding from a large wedding celebration the night before. You'd never guess they'd worked all night. We bought a bunch of wine and signed up for the club. I'm looking forward to bringing our kids to visit. And yes, they're all adults. I wouldn't want to wreck it for anyone. It's a wonderful venue to shut off your phone, disconnect from the world and relax.

The name is misleading. It's winery specializes in Italian style wines (with a few departures) and does them well. The main winery and tasting room is just off the highway and worth a visit. Great service, great wine, and May I recommend the charcuterie plate? The atmosphere is a nod to Tuscan and they have a great patio/lawn overlooking their property. Give them a try, I don't think you'll regret it.

This is one of my favorite wineries in the whole Yakima valley! I highly recommend a visit here.In the land of Bordeaux varieties, it is very refreshing to find a place specializing in Italian wines. They are delicious wines and I look forward to pairing them with everything from frozen pizza to risotto at home. The service is great and the servers are very knowledgeable about their wines and how best to pair them. Even though there were other people there, I felt like I never lacked personal attention to what I was interested in. As soon as we parked our car, it felt like we were transported to Tuscany. The indoor ambiance felt warm and inviting, but the outdoor view is breath taking. It's definitely a place to spend the afternoon with friends and bottles of wine especially if they have events. The charcuterie plates have cheeses that I've never seen at wineries before. The fact that they are open every day of the week has been nice to recommend to people who are visiting since so many are not open Monday-Wednesday.A+ to Chandler Reach!

Beautiful venue with a relaxing atmosphere! Tuscan style feel for both the venue and wine. If you are looking for a place to relax outside under some sun umbrellas or find a comfortable table inside that makes you feel like you're in Tuscany, this is your place. They had some live music playing on the weekend we visited and loved that this winery is dog friendly inside and outside. Wine is very smooth and at a great price! Definitely a destination if you are in the area!

Chandler’s Reach is not the same. We have been loyal club members with Chandler’s for 4.5 years. When we first joined, their wine and service was great. The Corella was fantastic, Jenny was a bubble, shipping was straightforward and thorough, emails were sent promptly about your tracking and upcoming deals. Unfortunately, something has changed drastically, and not for the better. The wine quality and assortment has gone way down. The Villa Rossa is basically their 36 red which used to be their Corella. We recently picked up our spring shipment in Benton City at the end of March. We knew what we would like, not the Brevetata, the Syrah, or the Merlot. So, we swapped some of our pickup wines for wines that were good and more expensive. Also, we purchased an additional two cases of wine that we knew would be good. The date was March 25, 2022. We asked that the wine be shipped on April 1, 2022. They stated that this would be fine and were happy to run our credit card. Since then, we have called 5 times asking when/where our wine would even be shipped. On April 14, 2022, they finally emailed (three days after it supposedly shipped) that it would arrive on April 15, 2022. The wine never showed. After looking it up on the UPS website, our expensive purchase was left outside “in the roses” at the Benton City winery location where the elements could get to it and anyone could have just grabbed it. We never got any explanation or apology why the wine wasn’t delivered. It has been three full weeks, and we still don’t know where our wine is. We are cancelling our membership with this place. This is absolutely ridiculous. If the owner wishes to conduct business in this manner, that is his prerogative, but we’re not going to have any part of it. There are plenty of wineries that conduct their business in a professional manner. You would think that being club members, show spent over $12k in four years at this winery would be treated with decency and normality. But no…. they can have their wine and drink it too.. because were done.
