We had our Nexus appointment on 10/30/25 and they were opened even with government shutdown. It was very quick and all staffs are very friendly.

Had our nexus appointment for my family today. The staff are super friendly and caring. Kudos to all the officers and workers there who are working hard and still caring for people amidst the government shutdown. Hats off to everyone who’s working there

We had our Nexus appointment scheduled for 1st day of government shutdown. Called them in the morning and was told they're still doing interviews, so my wife and I got in the car and drove the 1.5 hrs. We had two appointments that were 2 hrs apart, but the gentleman who checked us in and took our documents allowed us to combine the interviews, saving us about 3 hours (or more, since we'd be dealing with traffic on the way back!). We were called more or less on time, so we didn't wait much at all. The US and Canadian officers were polite and professional, and explained things in great detail. Overall we're very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of this location. Really appreciated folks working here making our day less stressful!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Nexus Enrollment Center in Blaine yesterday!
From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and welcoming. The reception staff guided me easily through the steps, and there was no stress at all. The CBSA officer was absolutely lovely; warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. My U.S. officer was absolutely, absolutely fantastic; He had a great sense of humour and kept the conversation light hearted and fun, making what I thought would be a nerve wracking interview into something genuinely very enjoyable. It made all the difference and really helped me relax. Overall, the entire process from start to finish was quick, friendly, and incredibly well-organized. Big thanks to both the U.S. and Canadian officers for turning what could have been a stressful day into a truly pleasant experience!

Very good and professional service. Accompanied my wife for her NEXUS interview a few days back. However, we reached 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic at Blaine border crossing. Everything was completed within 20-25 minutes.
Thank you officers for the excellent services provided to us.

Open Monday to Sunday except for New Years Day and Christmas Day.
Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I, both U.S. citizens, applied for a Nexus upgrade to our Global Entry membership in November 2024 in anticipation of more frequent visits to Canada while our daughter attends the University of Victoria over the next few years. We received conditional approval in February 2025 and it took incredible daily effort until March 2025 to finally schedule our joint interviews for June 2025 at the Blaine Trusted Traveler Enrollment Center. We arrived early for our individual interview appointments, we were promptly checked-in, and were called exactly on time for both of our appointments. The USBP and CBSA officers were courteous and professional in confirming our application details and reasons for wanting Nexus and thoroughly explained the rules for using Nexus. Both of us were approved for Nexus at the conclusion of our interviews and our Nexus membership cards arrived in the mail 5 calendar days later. The staff here took good care of our business.

I visited the Blaine Trusted Traveler Enrollment Center for my NEXUS application. I arrived an hour early and was greeted by a tall, kind gentleman who checked me in. Although my child did not have an appointment, I asked if they could also be interviewed, and he kindly agreed.
The entire process including photo, fingerprinting, and the interview, took only 15 minutes.
For anyone who is confused about the interview process: both U.S. and Canadian officers were present, so there was no need for a second interview. They also asked me to take photos of the posted rules for both countries for my records.

Straightforward to get Nexus with appointment. They allowed my wife and I to use the same appointment slot to save me another visit at a later time. I recommend you triple check your license has a recent address, and if not, bring proof of address.
