The owner is incredible and if you get to shop when she is there, it is an even more special experience. I appreciate the honest feed back she gives and her eye for finding things that look good on you.I saw a negative review about the owner, and am shocked. I have also worked with The owner on multiple branding shoots and have had nothing but amazing experiences. A business should be allowed to have one day off. How ridiculous.”

“Building a custom skateboard, Andie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly at 10am on a Saturday morning.
Andie explained the difference between the types of wheels, trucks, and bearings-- I learned more than when I bought a custom board from one of the local skate shops. . .
. . . Obv. not all Zumiez are this good, but in Langley, I had a much better experience and walked out with a higher quality board than from any of the independent skate shops.
My only suggestion is that they need a power drill for putting together boards-- Andie had to juggle ringing up customers and putting together my board with a manual tool, and it could have taken a solid 20 minutes less time”
“I had such an amazing experience here the other day. I always do, but this one was so great. It's always pretty quiet in the store, but I had an associate help me from the moment I walked in. It was about 45 minutes before closing and the associate helped me find two tees. She suggested other items, some not to my liking, but she was so great at figuring out what I wanted!”

“Got some really cool shorts for summer; quality stuff. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful as well, although they forgot to remove the tag from one of the clothes which tripped off the alarms at the entrance and that was quite embarrassing.”

They told me about the deal on my pants, adjusted the price for me and gave me some really good recommendations on what to wear with these pants.
