Stopped in for propane and glad I did, hands down some of the nicest folks to do business with. Well stocked hardware store to boot. Props to the young man ( son or very liberal child labor laws) who eagerly greeted me and guided me in the direction I was looking for. I will definitely shop here in the future.

This is a very well stocked local store with decent variety and reasonable prices. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Also, they have a turtle!

I don't usually write reviews for anything, let alone hardware stores but this company deserves a 5 star review. We walked into the store for the first time yesterday to see what they had. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We ordered drywall and lumber for delivery. The delivery charge is very reasonable (<1/3 Home Depot). We hardly had time to get home ourselves before the delivery truck showed up. The delivery driver helped move the materials into our garage. There are real people at the checkouts too!
Overall extremely good service from Pacific Building Center that reminded us of the good old days!

I experienced nothing less than AMAZING customer service. Katie was extremely helpful in finding the right size wire nuts for me and she even reached out to the store manager to help make sure I had the right ballast (I was replacing nearly 50 year-old ballasts in the lights of my parents' kitchen that had been buzzing very loudly for years). Robert was extremely helpful as well and showed us a trick when it comes to stripping a wire.
Everyone went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be back again for any of my hardware needs!

My partner and I were having a plumbing emergency and had to come back a couple times same day for various parts and the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They helped us talk through what was going on, what we needed, helped us return a part, and were patient and kind throughout. Katie and Stephanie, thank you so much for your help!
