“The ladies at the counter are friendly, professional and patient.It was my first time shipping a parcel. They let me know all of my options after I scatter brain explained what I was sending. They advised that I use boxes from home to save money and taped my box for me because I had no tape at home.An elderly man came in to return SHAW telephone items and instead of getting confused with the man they advised that he find out what SHAW needed returned and that they could help him further once he had that information. He left really happy. It was so nice to see.”

“It's a post office, so things move slowly and there's usually a line, however there's usually less of a line at this location. Definitely a bit busier shortly before closing but not as bad as Bellingham offices. The passport appointments are pretty painless. Our appointments have been prompt, on time and quite efficient. The staff that have helped us with passport applications were experienced and knowledgeable. The staff working the counters were friendly.”
