Mary was kind and sent me tests e-mails as I tried to figure out where they went. And I sent her my overdue payment. I rented my tank from Colton several years and met Mary. I have always received timely and considerate service from this company. Of course, I have a record of paying my bills on time. Except this time...but we laughed about my embarrassment and I thanked her for their patience and kind handling.”
