I ordered a set of four cast iron brackets. They arrived within two days and were well packaged. The brackets themselves were well made and worked perfectly for a fireplace mantel installation.

Above and Beyond the best Customer Service. I called their store with a question about ordering chains. I received knowledgeable and courteous assistance. Then to my great surprise, the gentleman I was speaking with emailed me a comparison picture of three chains beside a ruler in order help me make my selection. The chain I purchased was excellent and the Gentleman I spoke with was Great.

I had been searching for the perfect chain for my 100 year old Italian Chandelier. After reading another on-line review, I made a phone call, a live person answered the phone, and spoke to Sam and he helped me select the perfect chain for my chandelier. I was able to email him a picture and he found the perfect match. I highly recommend RCH Hardware. And the shipping was free and I received the item and my chain in just a few days.

Thieves! Ordered $100 purchase through Etsy, I returned the items to the seller with tracking, within their return policy, and received no response to several emails. What kind of company is this besides a complete scam? Be forewarned, because I thought things like this didn't happen in 2018, especially with tracking delivery. You have your product back at your warehouse, so where is my money? Allow me to assume that whoever answers your emails and handles your Etsy account, is the same non-reaponsive individual happily enjoying my $100. At a bare minimum—where is the reply to my several emails to get an RMA number, and at the LEAST get your attention? Buyer beware...

RCH carries a wide variety and high quality hardware but the main reason I go back time and again is that they are a joy to work with. I know I will get accurate, detailed quotes from them every time and they take the time to review the project and make recommendations for improving the functionality or design of the final product.
